North Catholic increases their hold on the Northwest as they defeat Greensburg Salem 4-0

GREENSBURG, Pa., — Despite being outshot 36 to 24, the North Catholic Trojans defeated the Greensburg Salem Golden Lions, 4-0, Thursday night at Kirk S. Nevin Arena.

Scoring for the Trajons was Quinten Shaffer, Michael Manuppelli, Dominic Dezort and Mario Smith.

All-Star selected goaltender, Chris McFayden, posted his third shutout of the season stopping all 36 shots on goal.

Cam Caretti ended the night stopping 24 of 21 shots on goal.

Greensburg Salem will travel to Mt. Lebanon Ice Center on Monday, Jan. 20th, to face Chartiers Valley at 7:10 P.M.

North Catholic will head back to the UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex to host Fox Chapel on Tuesday, Jan. 21st, at 9:10 P.M.
