Regular season hockey is back! Mitch headed to the Ice Mine in Connellsville for the Knoch-Connellsville matchup while taking in the updates from around the region. The Robert Morris Women split their opening weekend against now No. 10 St. Lawrence University, and the Youngstown Phantoms played Dubuque at UPMC66.
