NEVILLE TWP., Pa. — The Robert Morris Colonials took on the Mercyhurst University Lakers on Saturday to complete the Pittsburgh leg of the four game series. After a close with for the Lakers on Friday, the Colonials came back to split the series with a 2-1 on Saturday. Amber Rennie scored the game-winning goal in the third period. The Lakers’ second-period goal came from Maggie Knott. Kirsten Welsh scored a first-period power-play goal for Robert Morris.
The Colonials, after three weekends at home, will head back out on the road to play Colgate on Dec 9th at 3 p.m.
