NEVILLE TWP, Pa. — Robert Morris started off the year with an exhibition game against University of Ottawa on Saturday night. The Colonials won, 5-1, and saw goals from Brady Ferguson (2), Brett Beauvais, Eric Israel, and Michael Louria. While the University of Ottawa found their lone goal from Marco Azzano in the third period.
The game was the Robert Morris debut for Beauvais, Louria and freshmen Nick Jenny, Dyllan Lubbesmeyer and Nick Prkusic.
The Colonials will start conference play on Friday, Oct. 6 at Niagara University with a 7:05 p.m. puck drop.
