The penultimate week of the 2019-20 Pennsylvania Interscholastic Hockey League is upon us. Here are the standings, schedules and scenarios that are in play for the second-to-last week of the playoff-eligible teams this regular season.
All races are calculates to an out-right points win. Any ties for the final playoff position in each division are subject to a play-in game. Tiebreakers are: 1st: Head-to-head, 2nd: total wins, 3rd: least penalty minutes as per the PIHL rulebook. GR- Games Remaining, PR- Points available in remaining games, MP- Maximum points a team can gain.
CLASS-B

Clinching Scenarios
NORTH
Neshannock is the No. 1 seed in the North and hosts the No. 4 seed in the South in the first round.
Avonworth is the No. 2 seed in the North and hosts the No. 3 seed in the South in the first round.
Wilmington and Burrell clinched playoff berths.
SOUTH
Ringgold clinched a playoff berth and a first round home game. The Rams clinch the No. 1 seed in the South with a win OR a Carrick loss.
Carrick clinched a playoff berth and a first round home game.
Elizabeth Forward clinches a playoff berth with a win or a Bishop Canevin regulation loss.
Morgantown clinches a playoff berth with a loss by Bishop Canevin and a win over Connellsville.

South Park clinched the No. 2 seed in the Southwest. The Eagles face North Catholic in the first round.
NORTHEAST
Kiski clinches a playoff berth with 1) two wins OR 2) a win and an Indiana win over Fox Chapel. The Cavaliers clinch the No. 1 seed with any combination of three points and a Fox Chapel win over Indiana.
Indiana clinches a playoff berth with any win over Fox Chapel.
SOUTHEAST
Bishop McCort clinched a playoff berth. The Crushers clinch the No. 1 seed with a win over Norwin.

SOUTHWEST
Baldwin clinched the No. 1 seed in the Southwest. The Fighting Highlanders host the No. 2 seed in the Northwest in the first round.
West Allegheny clinches a playoff berth with a win over Franklin Regional and any loss by Montour. The Indians finish their regular season on Monday.
Montour can clinch a qualifier game with a win over Baldwin and a West Allegheny loss to Franklin Regional in regulation. Montour ends their regular season at Penn-Trafford on Feb 24th.
NORTHEAST
Plum clinched the No. 1 seed in the Northeast. The Mustangs host the No. 2 seed in the Southeast in the first round of the postseason.
Armstrong clinched the No. 2 seed in the Northeast. The River Hawks face Greater Latrobe in the first round of the postseason.
SOUTHEAST
Greater Latrobe clinched the No. 1 seed in the Southeast. The Wildcats host Armstrong in the first round of the postseason.
