WARRENDALE, Pa. — Matt Gajtka welcomed Brian Mitchell to the broadcast of Peters Township Hockey on Pittsburgh Hockey Digest Facebook Live feed as the No. 2 Indians headed for a showdown with the No. 1 North Allegheny Tigers. Peters Township defeated North Allegheny 3-1 as Torrey Schwartz made a terrific individual play to knock a puck past Richard Karapandi in the waining minutes.
Schwartz scored twice for the Indians and Alex Wilburt stopped 37-of-38 shots in the victory.
With the win, the Indians move into a tie with the Tigers, and hold a game in hand on North Allegheny.
